FROM THE DESK OF TORO VAUN

Dear Institute for Practical Democracy Students.

As you know, I'm leaving on a trip to Big Pine, Key West Florida for a ten day Outward Bound expedition.
My journey begins April 11th. I'm traveling on a Greyhound bus along the East Coast. I will return home on April, 24.
This is going to be a thrilling adventure for me, so, I promise you, throughout my exciting journey, I will write daily in my journal and  photograph my experiences and return to Maine to share them with you.

Thank you I.P.D. for the scholarship and the time that will allow me to go exploring the unknown trail of  life's experience and beyond. Ayan Suleiman will be replacing me while I am absent from the I.P.D. office.
Thank you so much!
Happy Cambodian New Year!

Sincerely,

Toro Saniya Vaun, I.P.D. Project Coordinator
